Discrimination re: ESA Assessment Process and failure to take into account Autism diagnosis

I'm making my complaint letter to DWP public because everything I write in it is literally true so DWP can't sue me

Formal Complaint
Dear sir or madam
I am making a formal complaint against DWP ESA administrators.
I have been called by DWP request to a medical assessment with Health Assessment Advisory Service/Maximus, as the result of an out of date ESA85A form of August 2014. I was since diagnosed with High Functioning Autism.
When I informed DWP ESA staff that I had since been diagnosed with Autism DWP ESA refused to withdraw the request to Health Advisory Service to perform a medical assessment.
This has caused me a great deal of stress and worsened my anxiety and depression and is in breach of the Equality Act 2010 and Autism Act2014, and so is discrimination.
My request for a reasonable adjustment in order to give me more time was repeatedly refused.
I am having to resend all the information to DWP ESA that I had already sent to DWP PIP administrators.
I requested a reasonable adjustment from DWP ESA of allowing me 2 months to send this information, an updated ESA 50 form and to allow DWP ESA medical staff the chance to read this, and fill in form ESA85A as a decision on whether a medical is still required given the updated information. My request for a reasonable adjustment was refused without explanation and no alternative proposed by DWP ESA.
I have made a similar complaint to Health Assessment Advisory Service/Maximus over similar failings on their side of the process.

Sincerely

Peter Hale
